Access to Information. You may update your account information by resubmitting new information to replace the old submission. Asymmetrik retains information submitted in the Careers section in accordance with its records retention policy. We reserve the right to delete information stored by or for you and sometimes information will need to be re-entered. Because of the way we maintain accounts, residual copies of your account information and other information associated with your account may remain on our backup systems. Changes will not alter information already submitted or relied upon.

How We Use Information Collected in Careers. We disclose personal information submitted for a job in the following ways and for the following purposes:

The data is not necessarily encrypted but the service provider has agreed to provide a commercially reasonable level of security. Your resume and other data will also circulate through our offices and relevant third parties. We do not guarantee security; also, we do not control third parties. You should assume the website, storage and use generally are not encrypted and you should take steps to promote security.

Job Terms. Specific information about the terms and conditions of employment associated with a particular position will be set forth on the date of hire and they may be different than information on the website. Postings on the website do not represent an offer of employment.
