We Made the List Twice
Apr 19, 2019

For the second time, Washingtonian Magazine has named Asymmetrik a Great Place to Work! First and foremost, we have to say “thank you” to all of our employees for making this possible.

While combing through 7,500 employee surveys, the Washingtonian’s editorial panel looked for hallmarks of a great workplace. These signs include meaningful work, opportunities to learn and grow, respect and support from management, and generous pay and benefits. We’re happy to say that Asymmetrik offers all of those things and more!

COOL TECHNOLOGY AND GREAT BENEFITS

Washingtonian recognized Asymmetrik’s strong emphasis on solving important problems with the latest open-source technologies. A big part of keeping employees fulfilled and happy is making sure they’re learning and growing professionally. No one wants to use outdated technology to work on problems that don’t make a difference in the world. That’s why we continually seek out challenges that are meaningful and impactful.

In addition, the magazine highlighted our great benefits. Specifically, they called out Asymmetrik’s 15% 401(k) contribution, $5,000 annual conference and training stipend, and 100% paid healthcare for employees and their families. Because work is only one small part of life, we take care of our employees so they can enjoy their life outside of the office too.
